Who Can Participate

• The current Alpha is limited to California, United States residents who are 18 or older.
• The Alpha is free, limited, and invitation-controlled.
• The Alpha may expand during testing, but access is not guaranteed.
• Discord is optional. Survey completion is optional for Alpha consideration.

How To Participate

Use InkVein to share work, collaborate, give useful feedback, and report bugs or concerns in good faith. Do not try to bypass access controls, use another person's invite, harass people, spam the service, or misrepresent your work or identity.

No User-Created Compensation Offers

Alpha Groups are not a freelance marketplace. Do not create compensation or reward offers involving cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, commissions, royalties, revenue share, equity, barter, or physical rewards unless InkVein separately defines an official program.

Creative Work And Groups

Group enforcement and Asset detachment grant InkVein no additional ownership, reuse, promotional, or generative-AI training rights. Existing creator rights and attribution survive disband.

Creators retain ownership of their underlying creative work. Group owners and admins can manage membership and workspace functions permitted by the product, but group leadership does not transfer ownership of another creator's work.

Account deletion removes a creator's live profile. Shared work that legitimately remains is attributed neutrally as “Deleted creator,” preserves restricted provenance where needed, and grants InkVein no additional rights. Removal and independent rights requests remain available through Support.

Moderation

InkVein uses a case-first moderation model. Moderators review incident-scoped reports with minimum necessary evidence, reporter identity protections, and defined powers. Sensitive or permanent account actions are reserved for Admin, and appeals are handled by Admin.
